All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon completing your order with additional information regarding the shipment and tracking of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active. Orders usually take up to 10 days to reach their destination within the EU.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Phyto Life is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Phyto Life takes responsiblity for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim, either to email@example.com or via our chat.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include information about your order and a tracking number.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will take care of it.
